The FMM-26R is a silicon rectifier diode array from Sanken Electric, designed for commercial frequency rectification. It consists of two diodes in a common anode configuration, each rated for 600V peak reverse voltage and 10A average forward current.
With a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 5A, and a reverse leakage current of 10µA at 25°C, the FMM-26R offers efficient rectification. It can handle surge currents up to 100A and has an I²t limiting value of 50 A²s. The junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
The device is packaged in a TO-220F-3L full pack (through-hole) package, providing high dissipation capability. The package has a thermal resistance of 4°C/W junction-to-case. It is RoHS3 compliant and has a flammability rating of UL94V-0 equivalent.
Typical applications include commercial frequency rectification in power supplies and industrial equipment. The standard recovery speed (>500ns) makes it suitable for line frequency applications.
