The FMEN-210A is a 100V, 10A Schottky diode array from Sanken Electric. It contains two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, housed in a TO-220F full-pack package. The device is designed for high-speed switching applications such as DC-DC converters and adapters. With a typical forward voltage of 0.80V at 5A and a maximum of 0.85V, it offers low conduction losses. The reverse leakage current is 100µA at room temperature and 50mA at 150°C junction temperature. The diode array can handle a surge forward current of 100A and has an I2t rating of 50 A²s. The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C. The package is through-hole mountable and RoHS compliant with bare lead frames. The device is also flammability rated UL94V-0 equivalent.
