The Sanken FMB-G24H is a silicon Schottky barrier diode designed for high frequency rectification applications. It is rated for a peak reverse voltage of 40 V and an average forward current of 10 A, with a maximum forward voltage drop of 550 mV at 10 A. The device can handle a peak surge forward current of 150 A and has an I2t limiting value of 112.5 A²s.
This diode is housed in a TO-220-2 Full Pack (TO-220F-2L) through-hole package, which provides a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 4.0 °C/W. The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C. The package material is rated UL94V-0 (Equivalent) for flammability.
Typical applications include high frequency rectification in power supplies and other power conversion circuits. The Schottky technology enables fast switching with low forward voltage drop, improving efficiency in rectifier stages.
