The Sanken FMB-26 is a Schottky barrier diode array consisting of two diodes in a common cathode configuration. It is designed for high frequency rectification applications. Key electrical specifications include a peak reverse voltage of 60V, an average forward current of 4A (at case temperature ≤128°C), and a low forward voltage drop of 0.58V maximum at 1.6A and 0.62V maximum at 2A. Reverse leakage current is 2mA maximum at 25°C and increases to 70mA maximum at 150°C junction temperature. The device features fast recovery speed (≤500ns) and a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 4°C/W. It operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The FMB-26 is packaged in a TO-220-3 Full Pack (TO-220F) with through-hole mounting. The package is resin molded with flammability rating UL94V-0 equivalent. Note: The manufacturer datasheet indicates this part is not recommended for new designs.
The peak reverse voltage (VRM) is 60V.
The average forward current (IF(AV)) is 4A at case temperature ≤128°C with sinewave.
The forward voltage drop is 0.58V maximum at 1.6A and 0.62V maximum at 2A.
The reverse recovery time is ≤500ns (fast recovery).
The FMB-26 is available in a TO-220-3 Full Pack (TO-220F) through-hole package.
The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
The part is marked as RoHS3 compliant, but this is unverified from the datasheet.
