The FMB-24H is a Schottky barrier diode array from Sanken Electric, designed for high frequency rectification applications. It contains two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, housed in a resin-molded TO-220F through-hole package with UL94V-0 flammability rating.
Key electrical ratings include a peak reverse voltage of 40V and an average forward current of 15A. Forward voltage drop is 550 mV maximum at 7.5A per diode. Reverse leakage current is 7.5 mA maximum at 40V, and 250 mA at 150°C junction temperature. The device can handle 100A peak surge forward current (half-sinewave, one shot) with an I²t rating of 50 A²s.
Thermal characteristics include a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 4.0°C/W maximum and an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The TO-220F full pack package provides isolation and is suitable for through-hole mounting on PCBs.
