The FMA5AT148 from ROHM Semiconductor is a dual PNP pre-biased bipolar transistor array designed for surface mount applications. It features two independent pre-biased PNP transistors in a single SC-74A / SOT-753 package with an SMT5 supplier device package.
Electrical ratings include a collector-emitter voltage of 50V, a collector current of 100mA, and a total power dissipation of 300mW. The built-in base resistor is 47kΩ. DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 80 at Ic=10mA, Vce=5V. Maximum Vce saturation is 300mV at Ib=250µA, Ic=5mA. Transition frequency is 250MHz.
