Designed for high-endurance applications, the FM25V01-GTR supports 100 trillion (10^14) read/writes with no-delay writes, allowing subsequent bus cycles to commence immediately after data transfer. It operates over an industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and a low voltage range of 2.0 V to 3.6 V. The memory is logically organized as 16 K × 8 bits.

 

This F-RAM is a direct hardware replacement for serial flash and EEPROM, offering significant advantages in write endurance and speed. It includes a sophisticated write protection scheme with hardware and software options, as well as device ID for manufacturer and product identification. The component is supplied in an 8-pin small outline integrated circuit (SOIC) package suitable for surface mounting.
