The FLA.00.250.CTAC31Z is a right angle coaxial connector plug from LEMO's Series 00 NIM-CAMAC product line. It features a male pin contact and 50 Ohm impedance, designed for use with RG-179B coaxial cable. The connector uses a push-pull locking system for quick and reliable mating.

 

Electrically, the connector offers a rated current of 4 A, maximum contact resistance of 6.1 mOhm, and a VSWR of 1.09 + 0.11 * f/GHz. It withstands test voltages of 2100 V AC and 3000 V DC. The dielectric insulator is PTFE.

 

Mechanically, the connector is constructed with a brass housing, chrome plated shell, and nickel plated latch sleeve. It supports cable diameters from 2.80 to 3.10 mm and has a cable collet screen termination. Dimensions include an overall length of 17.5 mm and a weight of 5.4 g. The connector is rated for 5000 mating cycles and provides a minimum retention force of 100 N.

 

Environmental protection is IP50 (dust protected). The connector can withstand salt spray corrosion for over 1000 hours. It is designed for free hanging (in-line) installation with right angle cable exit. The center contact material is brass and contact termination is solder type.
