The maximum pulse rise time is 56000 V/µs at 1600 VDC and temperatures below 40°C. Insulation resistance is ≥1×10⁵ MΩ, and dielectric absorption is 0.05%.

 

The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C. The capacitor is AEC-Q200 qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications. It is also suitable for high frequency switching, high pulse, and high DV/DT applications such as switch mode power supplies, converters, and electronic ballasts. The encapsulation is solvent-resistant and flame-retardant (UL 94 V-0).
