The Enerdoor FINHRM.016.M is a passive harmonic filter designed to improve power quality by reducing current harmonic distortion and overvoltage spikes. It operates at a nominal voltage of 400/480 Vac and has a rated current of 16A. This filter is engineered to provide very high attenuation of current harmonics, with a THDI reduction of less than 15%, and even less than 10% when used with a DC reactor.
Key electrical specifications include a potential test voltage of 2400 Vdc phase-to-phase and 3200 Vdc phase-to-ground. The filter is rated for a climatic class of -40 to +85°C and has a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 250,000 hours at 40°C. It offers overload capability up to 4 times the rated current for switching on, 2 times for 10 seconds, and 1.5 times for 10 minutes.
Mechanically, the FINHRM.016.M features a terminal block connection, suitable for solid or stranded cable sizes ranging from 0.2 to 10 mm². The terminal torque is specified at 1.2 Nm. The filter has an IP20 protection rating. Its applications include variable frequency drives, woodworking machinery, packaging machinery, and printing machinery, contributing to improved system reliability and performance.
This passive harmonic filter comes with a 2-year warranty. It is designed for easy integration into existing systems, offering a robust solution for harmonic mitigation.
