FIN1101K8X

The FIN1101K8X from On Semiconductor is a high-speed LVDS single-port repeater. It is engineered for advanced interconnects, accepting and outputting LVDS levels with a typical differential output swing of 330 mV. This design ensures low EMI and ultra-low power consumption, even at high frequencies.

This device boasts a full differential path capable of up to 1.6 Gbps. It features low jitter, with a maximum random jitter of 3.5 ps and a maximum deterministic jitter of 135 ps. The FIN1101K8X operates from a 3.3V power supply and offers a wide rail-to-rail common mode range. Its receiver inputs are versatile, directly accepting LVPECL, HSTL, and SSTL-2 signals for translation to LVDS.

Key features include power-off protection and open-circuit fail-safe protection. The component is packaged in an 8-pin US8 (8-VFSOP) surface-mount package, suitable for space-constrained applications.
