The Delta Electronics FHS-A9025S19 is a board-level CPU cooler designed for Intel LGA1156 processors, including Core i7-800, Nehalem, and Westmere series. It combines a 90x90x25mm fan with a 90x90x19.05mm heat sink constructed from Aluminum A6063 and Copper C1100. The fan operates at a rated voltage of 12V DC and uses a Superflo bearing rated for 50,000 hours of life.
The cooler provides a typical thermal resistance of 0.36°C/W under natural convection. It includes a pre-applied thermal interface material (Dow Corning TC-5630 or equivalent) and mounts using a bolt-on method with a 75x75mm mounting hole pitch.
