The Hirose FH52-10S-0.5SH is a 10-position FFC/FPC connector with a 0.50mm pitch, designed for right-angle surface mount soldering. It features bottom contacts and a flip lock locking mechanism for secure cable retention.
The connector uses gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts and is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The housing and actuator are molded from halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. It accepts FFC/FPC cables up to 0.30mm thickness with tabbed ends.
With a height above board of 2.00mm, this connector is suitable for compact, high-density interconnections in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics where reliable flat flex cable connections are required.
