The Hirose Electric FH40-40S-0.5SV is a 40-position FPC connector designed for surface mount applications. It features a 0.50mm pitch and a vertical contact orientation with 1-sided connection. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold finish, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The housing and actuator are both molded from liquid crystal polymer (LCP), providing excellent dimensional stability and high-temperature resistance.
The connector is rated for 50V DC and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
