The Hirose FH19C-4S-0.5SH(10) is a low-profile, 0.5mm pitch FPC/FFC connector from the FH19C series. It features a bottom contact design with a rotating flip lock actuator for easy insertion and reliable connection. The connector accepts 0.2mm thick FPC/FFC cables and is rated for 0.5A per contact and 50V AC.
This surface mount, right angle connector has a height above board of just 0.88mm (0.035"), making it suitable for space-constrained portable devices. The housing is made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze. Solder retention features aid in reliable board mounting.
The FH19C-4S-0.5SH(10) is halogen-free compliant per IEC61249-2-21 and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 pieces. Its enclosed bottom construction allows PCB traces to run under the connector, saving board space.
