The Hirose FH19C-4S-0.5SH(05) is a low-profile, 4-position FFC/FPC connector from the FH19C series. It features a 0.5mm pitch and right-angle surface mount termination with gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts for reliable electrical performance. The connector utilizes a flip-lock actuator mechanism for easy FFC/FPC insertion and secure locking, supporting zero insertion force (ZIF) operation. It accepts 0.2mm thick FFC cables with tapered ends.
Designed for space-constrained applications, the connector has a height above board of 0.88mm (0.035") and a width of 3mm. The housing is made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the actuator is constructed from LCP and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). Solder retention features ensure reliable board attachment.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 0.5A per contact (with derating to 70% when all contacts are used) and a voltage rating of 50V. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 85°C.
