The FH12A-10S-0.5SH(55) from Hirose Electric is a 10-position, 0.5mm pitch FFC/FPC connector featuring a top-contact, right-angle surface-mount design. The connector supports FFC and FPC cable types with a thickness of 0.30mm and includes a zero insertion force (ZIF) flip lock actuator for easy cable insertion and retention.
The connector is rated for 50V and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The housing is made of polyamide (nylon) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the actuator is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). Contacts are phosphor bronze with a gold finish. Termination is via solder, and the height above board is 2.00mm.
