The Hirose FH12-8S-1SH(1)(98) is an 8-position, 1mm pitch FFC/FPC connector from the FH12 series. It features a bottom contact design with a zero insertion force (ZIF) flip lock actuator for easy cable insertion and secure retention. The connector is right-angle surface mount with solder termination and includes solder retention features for reliable board attachment.
Electrical rating is 50V, and the connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze, the housing is polyamide (nylon) rated UL94 V-0, and the actuator is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). Accepts 0.30mm thick FFC/FPC cables.
