The Hirose FH12-5S-1SH is a 5-position FFC/FPC connector from the FH12 series, featuring a 1.00mm pitch and bottom contact configuration. It is designed for surface mount, right angle mounting, utilizing a flip lock actuator for secure cable retention. The connector supports FFC and FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm and straight cable end type.

The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin-lead finish, while the housing is constructed from polyamide (PA) nylon and the actuator from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).
