Hirose Electric FH12-16S-1SH is a 1mm pitch FFC/FPC connector from the FH12 series. It features 16 positions with bottom contact configuration, surface mount right angle orientation, and a zero insertion force (ZIF) flip lock mechanism that provides a clear tactile click. The connector is rated for 0.5A DC (derate to 70% when all contacts used) and 50V AC. It has a contact resistance of 50mΩ max, insulation resistance 500MΩ min, and withstanding voltage of 150V AC for 1 minute. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The housing is made of polyamide (nylon) with UL94V-0 flammability rating, actuator is PPS, contacts are phosphor bronze with gold finish. It accommodates FPC/FFC thickness of 0.30mm with straight cable end. The connector includes solder retention features for reliable mounting.
