The FGP3040G2-F085 is an N-Channel Ignition IGBT designed for automotive ignition coil driver circuits. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 400 V and continuous collector current ratings of 41 A at 25°C and 25.6 A at 110°C. Power dissipation is rated at 150 W at 25°C.
This device includes logic level gate drive for easy interfacing with control circuits and offers self-clamping inductive switching energy of 300 mJ at 25°C and 170 mJ at 150°C. It is ESD protected with HBM rating of 4 kV and CDM rating of 2 kV. The gate charge is 21 nC, and the collector-emitter saturation voltage is 1.25 V at 4 V gate drive and 6 A collector current.
