FGN.0M.555.ZZC

The LEMO FGN.0M.555.ZZC is a signal machined contact pin from the M series of rugged ratchet coupling connectors. It features a gold-plated brass contact with a 0.7 mm diameter, designed for crimp termination to 22-26 AWG wires. This contact is built to withstand harsh environments, offering EMI shielding of ≥80 dB at 1 GHz, ≥70 dB at 3 GHz, ≥58 dB at 6 GHz, and ≥40 dB at 10 GHz. It can endure severe shock up to 300 g for 3 ms and various vibration profiles including random (37.8 g rms), sine (30 g), and gunfire (25-2000 Hz). The contact also passes thermal shock testing from -65°C to +150°C, humidity exposure for 21 days at 95%, and lightning strike testing at 10 kA for 6 times. The shell style is FG (male crimp contact for M series, standard barrel) with gold plated brass housing and no keying. Cable termination protection is provided by a standard back nut. The contact weighs 0.14 g and has no IP rating, so additional sealing may be required for wet environments. It is suitable for applications in motorsport, security and defence, transportation, aerospace, and UAV.
