The FGB20N60SF is a 600V, 40A Field Stop IGBT designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. With a maximum power dissipation of 208W and a low saturation voltage of 2.8V at 15V gate drive and 20A collector current, it offers reduced conduction losses. The device features a gate charge of 65 nC and switching energies of 370 µJ (turn-on) and 160 µJ (turn-off) under test conditions of 400V, 20A, 10 Ohm, and 15V. The standard input type simplifies drive requirements. The IGBT is packaged in a surface-mount D2PAK (TO-263) package, suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
