The FGA4060ADF is a 600V, 80A Trench Field Stop IGBT designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. It offers a low saturation voltage of 2.3V at 15V gate drive and 40A collector current, reducing conduction losses. The device features fast switching with a turn-on delay time of 16.8ns and turn-off delay of 54.4ns, along with switching energies of 1.37mJ (on) and 250µJ (off) under test conditions of 400V, 40A, 6 Ohm gate resistance, and 15V gate voltage. Total gate charge is 55.5nC, enabling efficient gate drive design.
The IGBT is housed in a TO-3P-3 (SC-65-3) through-hole package with a TO-3PN supplier device package, suitable for high-power board-level mounting.
