The FFSPF0665A is a 650V, 6A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode from onsemi's EliteSiC family. It offers zero reverse recovery time, enabling high-frequency operation with minimal switching losses. The device is avalanche rated at 36 mJ and can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 430 A (10 µs pulse).
With a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and a low thermal resistance of 4.3°C/W (junction-to-case), this diode is suitable for demanding power applications.
