The FFSP3065A is a 650V, 30A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode from On Semiconductor's EliteSiC family. It offers zero reverse recovery current and temperature-independent switching, enabling high efficiency and high-frequency operation in power conversion circuits.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum forward voltage of 1.75V at 30A and 25°C, typical capacitance of 1705pF at 1V, and a total capacitive charge of 100nC at 400V. The device is avalanche rated at 180mJ and can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 1125A.
