The FFSP0665A is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode from onsemi's EliteSiC family. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 650V and a continuous forward current of 8.8A (at TC<135°C) or 6A (at TC<153°C). The diode offers zero reverse recovery time, enabling high-frequency switching with reduced EMI.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 1.5V at 6A and 25°C, and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device is avalanche rated at 36mJ and can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 430A (10µs pulse). Total capacitive charge is 22nC at 400V.
