The diode offers zero reverse recovery time (0 ns), enabling high-frequency switching with minimal losses. Typical forward voltage is 1.38V at 20A and 25°C, with a maximum of 1.7V. Packaged in a surface mount 4-PowerTSFN (4-PQFN 8x8) case, the FFSM2065B is designed for efficient thermal management with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.94°C/W and maximum power dissipation of 160W at 25°C. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C. The diode is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free/BFR Free.
