The FFSH50120A is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode from onsemi's EliteSiC family. It offers zero reverse recovery current, temperature-independent switching, and high surge capability.
Rated for 1200V repetitive reverse voltage and 50A continuous forward current (77A at case temperature below 135°C). Forward voltage is typically 1.45V at 50A and 25°C. Avalanche energy rated at 441 mJ. Surge current capability up to 1700A (10 µs pulse).
Maximum junction temperature 175°C. Thermal resistance junction-to-case 0.17°C/W. Mounting torque 60 Ncm with M3 screw. Through-hole TO-247-2 package.
