The FFSD1065B-F085 is a 650V, 13.5A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode from On Semiconductor's EliteSiC family. It is designed for high-efficiency power conversion with zero reverse recovery current, enabling faster switching frequencies and reduced EMI.
