The FFSD0865A is a 650V, 15A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode designed and manufactured by onsemi. Utilizing SiC technology, it offers superior switching performance with zero reverse recovery current, enabling higher efficiency and reduced EMI in power circuits.
Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 650V, continuous forward current of 8A at TC<159°C and 15A at TC<135°C, and a typical forward voltage of 1.5V at 8A and 25°C.
