The FFSB2065B-F085 is a 650V, 20A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It utilizes SiC technology to achieve zero reverse recovery current, enabling higher switching frequencies and reduced EMI compared to silicon diodes.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum forward voltage of 1.7V at 20A and 25°C, a reverse leakage current of 40µA at 650V, and a total capacitive charge of 51nC. The diode can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 882A (10µs pulse) and has an avalanche energy rating of 94mJ. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
