It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 650V and a continuous forward current of 8A at case temperature ≤152°C (15.4A at ≤135°C). The diode offers zero reverse recovery time, enabling high-frequency switching with minimal losses. It is avalanche rated at 49 mJ and can handle surge currents up to 750A (10µs pulse at 25°C). The device is housed in a D2PAK-3 (TO-263-3) surface mount package and is Pb-free, Halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include power factor correction, SMPS, solar inverters, and UPS systems.
