The FFPF10U120STU is an ultra fast recovery power rectifier diode manufactured by ON Semiconductor (formerly Fairchild Semiconductor). It is designed for high-voltage, high-speed switching applications. Key specifications include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1200V and an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 10A at a case temperature of 100°C.
This diode offers a maximum forward voltage of 3.5V at 10A and 25°C, decreasing to 3.2V at 100°C. The reverse recovery time (trr) is typically 100ns under specified conditions (IF=10A, di/dt=200A/µs). It also features a non-repetitive peak surge current rating of 60A and avalanche energy capability of 1.0mJ.
The device is housed in a TO-220F (TO-220-2 Full Pack) through-hole package with a lead spacing of 2.54mm.
