The FFPF06U40STU is an ultrafast recovery rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified forward current of 6A at a case temperature of 100°C.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.4V at 6A and 25°C, and a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns with a di/dt of 200A/µs. The diode also features a non-repetitive peak surge current rating of 60A and an avalanche energy rating of 1.0mJ.
