The FFH75H60S is a hyperfast diode with soft recovery characteristics from onsemi. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 75A at TC=105°C. The device offers a typical forward voltage of 1.8V at 25°C and a maximum reverse recovery time of 75ns at specified conditions. It is avalanche energy rated for ruggedness.
This diode is designed for use in switching power supplies, solar inverters, and power switching circuits, where its low stored charge and hyperfast soft recovery minimize ringing and electrical noise. The device is RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
Packaged in a TO-247-2 through-hole case, the FFH75H60S offers a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.4°C/W and an operating temperature range from -65°C to 175°C.
