It offers a 60A average rectified forward current and a 600V peak repetitive reverse voltage. The device features a maximum forward voltage of 1.7V at 60A and 25°C, with typical values of 1.4V at 25°C and 1.3V at 125°C. Reverse recovery time is 80ns maximum (60ns typical at 25°C), enabling high-frequency operation. The diode is avalanche energy rated at 50mJ minimum, providing ruggedness in inductive switching environments. It is housed in a TO-247-3 through-hole package with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.7°C/W and an operating temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. The FFH60UP60S3 is Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for use in SMPS, welders, UPS systems, and motor drive freewheeling diodes.
