The FFH60UP40S is an ultrafast recovery diode designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. It offers a 60A average rectified forward current and a 400V reverse voltage rating. The diode features a low forward voltage drop of 1.06V typical at 60A and 25°C, and an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 59ns typical. It is avalanche energy rated with a minimum of 50mJ. The device is intended for use as freewheeling and clamping diodes in switching power supplies, welders, and UPS systems. It is housed in a TO-247-2LD through-hole package and is RoHS, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free compliant.
