The FFH50US60S from On Semiconductor is a STEALTH fast recovery diode rated for 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 50A average rectified forward current. It features a typical forward voltage of 1.38V at 50A and 25°C, with a maximum of 1.54V. The device offers a reverse recovery time of 47ns typical (80ns max) under standard test conditions, and an avalanche energy rating of 20mJ.
Designed for low loss output rectification, the STEALTH family provides soft recovery and low reverse recovery current, making it suitable for telecom power supplies, SMPS, power factor correction, and motor drives. The diode is housed in a TO247-2 through-hole package and supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
The FFH50US60S is lead-free and RoHS compliant. It is supplied in tube packaging with a standard package quantity of 30 pieces.
