The FFD10UP20S is a standard rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor designed for general purpose rectification. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 10A. The diode offers fast recovery performance with a typical reverse recovery time of 20.8 ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications. At a forward current of 10A, the typical forward voltage is 1.15V, contributing to efficient operation.
