The FFD08S60S-F085 is a STEALTH II rectifier with soft recovery characteristics, halving recovery time of hyperfast rectifiers. It is silicon nitride passivated, ion-implanted epitaxial planar construction. Intended for freewheeling or boost diode in switching power supplies. Key specifications: Peak repetitive reverse voltage 600V, average rectified forward current 8A at TC=115°C, non-repetitive peak surge current 80A, forward voltage 2.6V max at 8A, reverse recovery time 30ns max, reverse leakage 100µA at 25°C, avalanche energy 20mJ minimum. Operating junction temperature -65 to 150°C, thermal resistance 3.0°C/W. Mounting type surface mount, package TO-252 (DPak). Compliant with RoHS, Pb-Free, and AEC-Q101 automotive grade.
