The FESF8JT-E3/45 is an ultrafast plastic rectifier diode manufactured by Vishay Dale. It is designed for high-frequency rectification in switching mode power supplies, inverters, freewheeling diodes, DC-to-DC converters, and other power switching applications. The device features a glass passivated chip junction for reliability.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600V, an average rectified current (IF(AV)) of 8A at TC=100°C, and a maximum forward voltage of 1.5V at 8A.
