The FES8BT-E3/45 is an ultrafast plastic rectifier from Vishay Dale, designed for high frequency rectification in switching power supplies, inverters, and DC-DC converters. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 8A at TC=100°C.
