The FES16GT-E3/45 is an ultrafast plastic rectifier diode from Vishay's FES16xT series. It is designed for high frequency rectification in switching mode power supplies, inverters, freewheeling diodes, and DC/DC converters. The device features a glass passivated pellet chip junction for reliability.
