The FERD20L60CG-TR from STMicroelectronics is a dual common cathode Field Effect Rectifier Diode (FERD) array designed for high efficiency rectification. Each diode is rated for a maximum forward voltage of 575 mV at 10 A, enabling low conduction losses in power conversion circuits.
The device features fast recovery characteristics (≤500 ns) and a maximum reverse leakage current of 970 µA at 60 V. It is housed in a TO-263-3 (D²Pak) surface mount package and operates at junction temperatures up to 150°C.
