The FEP30JP-E3/45 is a dual common cathode ultrafast rectifier from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for high-frequency power switching applications. It has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current rating of 30A (15A per diode). The device offers a maximum forward voltage of 1.5V at 15A per diode and an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 50ns, enabling low switching losses and high efficiency.
This rectifier features a glass passivated pellet chip junction for reliable operation and high forward surge capability of 300A. It is suitable for use in switching mode power supplies, inverters, freewheeling diodes, and DC/DC converters. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The FEP30JP-E3/45 is packaged in a through-hole TO-3P (TO-247AD) case with matte tin plated leads. It is RoHS compliant and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Maximum mounting torque is 10 in-lbs.
