The FEP30DP-E3/45 is a dual common cathode ultrafast rectifier from Vishay Dale. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200 V and an average forward current of 30 A at a case temperature of 100 °C. The device provides a low forward voltage drop of 0.95 V maximum at 15 A and a fast reverse recovery time of 35 ns.
Designed for high-frequency rectification, this diode array handles peak forward surge currents up to 300 A. Its glass passivated pellet chip junction and low switching losses make it suitable for switch mode power supplies, inverters, freewheeling diodes, and DC/DC converters.
Packaged in a TO-3P (TO-247AD) through-hole case, the FEP30DP-E3/45 operates over a junction temperature range of -55 °C to 150 °C. The matte tin plated leads are solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD22-B102.
