The FEP30AP-E3/45 is a dual common cathode ultrafast rectifier from Vishay Dale, designed for high frequency power switching applications. It is rated for an average forward current of 30A at a case temperature of 100°C and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V. The device features an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 35ns, enabling low switching losses and high efficiency. Forward voltage is 0.95V maximum at 15A per diode. The rectifier is housed in a through-hole TO-3P (TO-247AD) package, which provides low thermal resistance and high surge capability. The package is RoHS-compliant and has matte tin plated leads. Typical applications include switching mode power supplies, inverters, freewheeling diodes, and DC/DC converters.
