The FEP16CT-E3/45 is a dual common cathode ultrafast plastic rectifier diode array manufactured by Vishay Dale. It is designed for high frequency rectification in switching mode power supplies, inverters, freewheeling diodes, and DC/DC converters. The device features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 150V and an average forward current of 16A (8A per diode) at a case temperature of 100°C. It offers a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, which reduces switching losses and improves efficiency. The forward voltage is 0.95V maximum at 8A forward current. The diode can handle a peak forward surge current of 200A per diode. The junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, allowing operation in harsh environments. The device is packaged in a TO-220-3 through-hole package with matte tin plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. The mounting torque is 10 in-lbs maximum. The FEP16CT-E3/45 is RoHS3 compliant (E3 suffix) and meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020. It is suitable for commercial applications.
