The FDZ5047N is a 30V N-Channel Logic Level PowerTrench MOSFET manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed for applications requiring high efficiency and compact size. The device features a maximum drain current of 22A at 25°C ambient temperature and a low on-resistance of 2.9mOhm when driven with 10V gate voltage, or 4.5mOhm at 4.5V.
